It is on the outskirts of the village of Acharkut, Arakelots is a monastery complex of the Middle Ages.

It consists of 2 churches, a vestibule, a castle, caravans near the wall and many other structures, many of which are of economic importance.

Arakelots vestibule is an exceptional example of Armenian architecture of the Middle Ages.

The dome of the vestibule has a stone structure of hazarashen, which has come down to us since the 13th century.
