Yeghegnadzor Geological Museum

One of the most interesting museums in Armenia is the Geological Museum in Yeghegnadzor, which is definitely worth visiting.  

The museum was founded in 1968. The museum's exhibits are unique and play an important role in forming a holistic picture of the history of Armenia.  

Among the exhibits there are prehistoric geological animal specimens from a giant snail to a shark tooth, as well as artifacts related to human life and beliefs from prehistoric man to the 20th century working tools, weapons, jewelry, ceramics even furniture details.  

But most of all, tourists from the museum love, of course, pre-human dwellings with their furniture, which form the image of the lifestyle of a person of that time. There you can not only draw, but also try to make an example of a tool for working with a stone yourself.
